With the Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) seeing the implementation of a key step this week, opposition in Congress is holding up passage of a spending bill needed to fund day to day operations of the government. If this is not passed and signed as of Monday night, September 30th, the Federal Government will begin to shut down.
